<description>Thank you for the bolero pattern. It is beautiful. I wanted to share with you a story about my best friend, Teresa. She is from the Philippines and we were so very close until she married and moved to CA. And then she had two strokes. I couldn&#039;t afford to go visit her plus I don&#039;t fly and so we had not seen each other in years. Her sons only call me for money...which is so sad. And her daughter is taking care of her. Teresa has been in a nursing home and I did write to her daughter and call her but no response so I don&#039;t even know if she is alive still. But through Teresa, I gained a special love for the Philippino culture. She crocheted often and made these beautiful beautiful doilies. And she taught me how to make different foods. My sons remember her fondly. Anyway, thank you for listening. I am praying someday that I will share time with Teresa again...maybe in Heaven? Who knows for sure.
Thanks again for your hard work and beauty.
